What this website does with information—and what you can expect when browsing.

1. Scope of this notice
This notice applies to pages served by this reconstructed FCF Brandon website. It covers reading pages, viewing images and using navigation. It does not describe a credit application process, an existing customer account, a lending decision or the practices of an external website linked from our articles.
The historic First Consumers Financial of Brandon name and address appear as part of the reconstruction. They must not be taken as confirmation of the current legal entity responsible for a public lending business. A confirmed operator and working privacy contact will be added before the full public launch.
2. Information you submit
The contact, loan application, employment and investor enquiry forms are disabled. They do not submit data to a website inbox, database or external form service. There is no account registration, newsletter subscription, payment checkout or document-upload service in this version.
Please do not enter Social Security numbers, bank details, identity documents, medical information or other confidential material. We do not need that information for you to read the site. A preparation checklist or educational article is not an invitation to send an application.
3. Technical information when pages load
To display a website, a browser requests files from a server. Those requests can expose technical information such as an IP address, requested page, request time, browser headers and response status to the server handling them. The site’s own application code does not create visitor profiles or store a visitor database.
When this preview is served locally, the development server may display request paths and response codes in its console. Those local development records are separate from the public hosting provider’s systems.
4. Cloudflare hosting
The planned public preview uses Cloudflare Pages to deliver the website. When that hosting is in use, Cloudflare handles network requests and may process IP addresses, traffic routing information, system configuration and other traffic information to provide and protect its services. Provider processing can occur internationally. Cloudflare’s practices are described in its Privacy Policy, including its section on end users of customer services.
We do not promise that hosting involves no technical logs. This website does not control every provider-level record, and no fixed retention period for those records is asserted here. The final public notice must reflect the account’s actual configuration and the operator’s documented practices.
5. Cookies, analytics and browser storage
The current website code does not set application cookies or use local storage or session storage. It does not include advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, remarketing scripts or session recording. Images, styles, fonts and navigation scripts are served with the site; there are no embedded maps, video players or social widgets.
Browser caching may retain downloaded files to help pages load. That is distinct from an advertising profile. Hosting security features may also affect requests if enabled by the provider; any such feature must be reviewed before making broader claims about the deployed site.
6. Purpose and sharing
The present implementation uses requests to deliver pages and supporting files. It has no visitor marketing list, advertising audience export or workflow for selling submitted information. There are no active submissions to share. A hosting provider necessarily processes the requests it serves.
If forms, analytics, newsletters or other integrations are introduced, this notice should be updated to explain their purpose, recipients and actual data handling before they are enabled. The presence of a disabled form today is not consent to a future use.
7. Retention and security
The site does not maintain a database of form entries or user accounts. We have not assigned a fictional retention period to data that the application does not collect. Hosting records, any future correspondence and any later application system need their own verified retention arrangements.
Public hosting should use HTTPS. No website can guarantee absolute security. Do not use an ordinary website contact channel to share sensitive financial documents unless the operator has confirmed an appropriate process. This preview provides no such process.
8. External links
Articles may link to sources such as government consumer-information pages. Following an external link takes you to a separately operated website with its own privacy practices. A citation does not give that third party access to a form submission on this site; forms here are inactive. Your browser and the destination website still handle the request when you follow a link.
9. Children and sensitive information
The content concerns adult financial decisions and is not designed to collect information from children. There is no registration or submission feature. Please do not send information about a child or another person through the preview.
10. Privacy questions and corrections
A verified public privacy contact is still required. The disabled contact form cannot receive a request, and the historic postal address should not be relied on as a current privacy-request channel. The completed public notice will identify where the responsible operator can receive questions and any requests available under applicable law.
We do not claim that a particular statutory rights regime applies to every visitor. The operator must confirm the relevant jurisdiction and its obligations before activating services or collecting personal information.

The date above identifies the latest revision of this page. Material changes to forms, hosting, tracking or services should be reflected here. Before sharing information with any future service, review the notice that applies to that service at that time.
